On the 12th day of Christmas my true love gave to me... the wish that you (we) love ourselves and live in the now... oh and that you get proper rest/sleep as much as you can.
I've spent the last 11 days sharing ways that you can find greater health and happiness.
The Christmas season is a time for friends, family, food and joy... possibly not the best time to introduce change that will stick. But! I hope I've planted a seed or two.
Let's build happier, healthier versions of ourselves -- together. As we move forward into 2019 I will continue to come back to these ever important 12 Days. They are an excellent foundation and launching point toward positive, healthy change.
What I would most like you to take from these last 12 days, is to be you. Be true to you. Do what feels right for you. And by all means if I can help you in your journey -- count me in. It's a lifelong journey and I'm in it too.
Enjoy your life as much as you can.
Eat the cake. Drink the wine. Dance around your living room or kitchen singing loud and clear for all to hear! Live! ❤
