Giving meaning to #bluemonday
It is definitely *blue* this morning but I think it looks rather pretty and... I'm not feeling *blue* at all, 🤗 though I have in the past and I totally *get it* if you might be feeling blue.

Well staying on top of my thyroid levels with my endocrinologist/oncologist post Thyca and... Vitamin D plus the B's. ❤❄ I can't stress this enough -- thyroid or no thyroid, cancer or no cancer -- take some extra vitamin D this time of year especially ❤ It could make a world of difference. It has for me. I just wish I'd listened to my specialist and started taking it years ago!! 😘
