#Christmas and the holidays certainly are a time when sugar is plentiful. From cookies to chocolates and all of those tasty drinks.
I'm not saying to deprive yourselves, just be mindful of what your consuming and if there's a chance to make substitutions, why not?
As we move forward into the #newyear, take steps to eliminate or reduce sugar or switch to natural alternatives. Your body will thank you❤
