On the 9th day of Christmas my true love gave to me... CARBS! Delicious carbs ❤
Not all carbs are bad... but I do recommend trying to reduce the amount you eat and that you switch as much as possible from bad carbs to good carbs.
Carbs nourish the brain and, like fat, provide energy -- they can be very beneficial...unless you're keto. Keto is a whole thing on its own and if you have questions about that, ask in the comments below. I was Keto before Keto was cool 😂 however I am no longer, I'm just low carb... most of the time 😉
